Our lists (see left-side column) cover over 70 documentaries and we are continually adding new titles to these lists.
How do we select film titles?
- We identify documentaries that aim to be informative and are full of "facts" that are verifiable-- i.e., a significant amount of "fact"-finding and "fact"-checking has gone into the documentary-making process. The documentary might highlight debate about whether so-called "factual content" is accurate or presented in a fair manner.
- If a so-called "documentary film" is propagandist or 'spins conspiracy theory' it is not selected.
A select few of the documentaries are in foreign (not English) languages, with English subtitles; the remainder are in English. Our lists include almost exclusively feature-length documentaries that have wide distribution, but there are also several independently-produced documentaries, documentary shorts, animated documentary shorts, and documentary programming produced by public and private broadcasters (either for television or the web).

Some of the more popular films can be borrowed from the public library. Otherwise, check with your local movie rental shop and the many online providers if you want to either rent or download-to-own via online delivery, or stream.
